Hello, I am Julie Barnes, also known as 'Cheeky Chops'. What started out as an entertaining treat for my daughter, has become a quick and well-established business and has inspired many a face painting creation from Tigers, Butterflies, Fairies to Monsters.

I offer a professional, reliable and friendly service. Being a member (No 286) of FACE (The Face Painting Association), ensures I follow a strict code of practice and guarentee's that Public Liability Insurance is held (mine is £2 million). For your peace of mind I am CRB checked too.
